ACCESS TO THE RESIDENCE
Access is allowed to Guests only.
The entrance to visitors, even if accompanied by guests, as well as the parking of visitors vehicles, is only allowed prior communication at the Direction.
The Reception is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm ( high season) and from 8.30 am to 6 pm ( low season).
Check-in is available from 3 pm.
Earlier check-in is upon prior request and subject to availability of the room.
A late arrival after 6 pm must be notified under the phone number Tel. 0039 0365 551062.
For late arrivals, Guests are required to report to the Reception the next morning within 12 noon with a passport or ID for the check-in formalities.
Check-out is within 9.30 am.
The delivery of the key takes place at the Reception within the scheduled time.
For earlier departures than 8 am you can drop the keys in the letter box located at the main entrance gate.
Late check-out is upon prior request and subject to availability of the room at an additional cost amounting to the 50% of the daily rate.
An unexpected departure after 9.30 implies the same surcharge of 50% of the daily price till 12.00 and of the entire daily price for departures after 12.00.
Guests are gently required to settle the bill on arrival at the Reception.
Guests are required to pay for the entire stay even in case of late arrival and / or early departure.
The tourist tax is not included and must be paid on spot.
It amounts to: € 0,50 per night/person from 1st of April to 30th September and € 0,70 from 1st July to 31 August per night/person for stay, excluding children under the age of 15.
Pets are allowed upon PRIOR REQUEST at the moment of booking on extra charge ( € 8 per day).
In case of not notified pets, we reserve the right NOT to accept the booking.
Pets are NOT allowed in the ground floor apartments.
They must not be left alone in the apartment.
Pets must be lead on a leash.
They are not allowed by the pool area.
The sudden cleaning of needs is the exclusive responsibility of the owner. He is also responsible for any damage caused by the pet itself.
The first supply of bed linen and bath towels is included.
A free change of bed linen and bath towels is included only for the 2 week stays.
First delivery of garbage bags and toilet paper is included. Further supply is not provided.
EXTRA BED LINEN AND BATH TOWELS
Extra bed linen and bath towels are available on hire at extra cost: € 10 per person for bed linen; € 3 each large towel; € 1,50 each small towel.
ROOM TIDYING UP
The double and triple rooms are tidyied up daily from 9.00 to 13.30.
To avoid waste, only the sheets and towels left on the floor will be replaced.
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please put the appropriate “do not disturb” sign on the door.
CAR PARKING AND CIRCULATION OF VEHICLES
Each room/apartment has a numbered and covered parking place.
A second car can be parked in the not numbered and covered parking places after communication by the Reception.
It is forbidden to occupy other parking spaces.
The speed of the vehicles within the complex must not exceed 5 km / h
Separate recycling of the waste is required in all apartments and in the whole complex.
Garbage bags (first supply) and small containers for the sorting of the waste are available in the apartments.
Garbage bags must be thrown away into the larger bins available in the appropriate recycling area located behind hte Building 5, near the volleyball / football field.
The dumpsters in the garden must not be used for the garbage of the apartment.
The Management reserves the right to apply a refund from 40 to 100 euro depending on the room size in case of damage or serious state of dirt / mess found in the room/apartment after check-out.
Two barbecues are available for the common use of all Guests. The place must be reserved at the Reception desk.
Charcoal is to be provided by yourself.
Grill is not allowed in the vicinity of the apartments.
Minigolf is free of charge.
Equipment is available at the Rception Desk.
The loss or break of the equipment involves a cost: € 5 each ball; € 30 each club.
Tennis is free of charge until June 30th and from September 1st and on payment in July and August ( € 12 per hour).
The buoys are available on reservation at extra cost.
The management informs the guests that the buoys, once booked, must be paid even in case of non-use or early departure.
The Management assumes no responsibility for damage caused by bad weather or due to force of major cause.
The Management declines any responsibility for money and valuables.
Forgotten items in the apartment can be sent on request to the guest’s home upon payment of the related costs.
