Booking Cancellation and Modification

Any booking cancellation / modification must be communicated in writing.

Not Refundable: The total amount of the stay is charged in any case of booking cancellation/modification or no show.

Partially Refundable for a stay in the period:  31.5. – 13.6. /  4.7. – 12.9.20

1. Any cancellation /modification within 30 days upon arrival ( till 11 pm) is free of charge.
2. A 50% fee is applied in case of cancellation/modification between 30 and 1 day prior to arrival
( within 11 pm).
3. The entire amount of the stay is charged in case of cancellation/modification on the day of arrival or no-show.

Partially Refundable for a stay in the period:  8.4. -30.5 / 13.6 – 3.7 / 12.9.- 10.10.20

1. Any cancellation /modification within 14 days upon arrival ( till 11 pm) is free of charge.
2. A 50% fee is applied in case of cancellation/modification between 14 and 1 day prior to arrival
( within 11 pm).
3. The entire amount of the stay is charged in case of cancellation/modification on the day of arrival or no-show.
