Any booking cancellation / modification must be communicated in writing.

Not Refundable: The total amount of the stay is requested by booking.

• In case of booking cancellation/modification: not refundable.
• No- show: not refundable.

Partially Refundable (till 7 days) for a stay in the period:01.05 – 06.05; 09.05. – 15.05; 11.09 – 03.10.2027

1. Any cancellation /modification within 7 days upon arrival (till 11 pm) is free of charge.
2. A 50% fee is applied in case of cancellation/modification between 7 and 1 day prior to arrival (within 11 pm).
3. The entire amount of the stay is charged in case of cancellation/modification on the day of arrival or no-show.

Partially Refundable (till 14 days) for a stay in the period:06.05 – 09.05; 29.05 -10.07; 04.09-11.09.2027

1. Any cancellation /modification within 14 days upon arrival (till 11 pm) is free of charge.
2. A 50% fee is applied in case of cancellation/modification between 14 and 1 day prior to arrival (within 11 pm).
3. The entire amount of the stay is charged in case of cancellation/modification on the day of arrival or no-show.

3. The entire amount of the stay is charged in case of cancellation/modification on the day of arrival or no-show
