Il prezzo comprende: acqua, luce, gas, TV, parcheggio interno , piscina, sdraio e lettini prendisole, ping pong, lavatrice; non comprende: tassa di soggiorno(dal 16/05 al 30/09): 0,30 euro al giorno/persona per pernottamento esclusi minori fino compimento 15 anno).
Altri servizi (a pagamento): Pulizia finale: tipo Studio: 42 Euro, tipo A/G: 63 Euro; tipo A/2B-AS/2B-AS/3B-Suites: 74 Euro; fornitura biancheria da letto e da bagno (su richiesta) a 10 Euro per persona + 3 Euro per asciugamano; lettino per bimbi: 5 Euro al giorno; letto aggiuntivo: 5 Euro al giorno. Other Services (at a charge): final cleaning: type Studio: 42 Euro, type A/G: 63 Euro; type A/2B, AS/2B, AS/3B, Suites: 74 Euro. Bedsheets and towels are not included but can be rented: 10 Euro per person/change, Towels 3 Euro each. Baby-bed: 5 Euro per day. Little dog allowed on request: 5 euro per day till max. 30 Euro. Large ceiling fan, heating and Air conditioning . The daily charge for heating or air conditioning, in case of use is: 6 Euro (Type Studio, A/G) and 8 Euro (Type A/2B, AS/3B, Suites, AS/2B ).

Dans le prix de l'apartement est incluse: Eau, Electricitée, Gas, sat-TV, Parking , Piscine, chaise long pour le soleil, Table de jarden, Ping-pong, Machine à laver. Non inclus: taxe de séjour (de 16/05 à 30/09): 0,30 euro par jour / personne et par nuit puor chaque adult de plus de 14 ans).
Autre frais et Services: nettoyage final: type Studio: 42 Euro, type A/G: 63 Euro; type A/2B, AS/2B, AS/3B, Suite: 74 Euro. La linge de lit est à apporter. La linge de lit peut aussi etre loué au prix de: 10 Euro par personne/change et 3 Euro par chaque serviette de bain. Lit d'enfant: 5 Euro par jour. Lit an plus: 5 Euro par jour. Petit chien à la demande: 5 Euro par jour jusqu' à max. 30 Euro. Tous les chambres des appartements ont des grands ventilateurs au plafond (au première at au deuxième étage), climatisation ou chauffage. Pour la climatisation ( ou le chauffage) le supplément par jour est, seulement en cas d'utilisation: 6 Euro (Type Studio, A/G) et 8 Euro (Type A/2B, AS/3B, Suite et AS/2B).
