Situata in una posizione
assolutamente tranquilla, immersa in un parco di circa 4500 mq "La Villa" domina
l'intero lago di Garda con una stupenda vista che spazia da punta San Vigilio a Sirmione e
oltre. I dieci appartamenti di varie metrature in cui è divisa la Villa sono
completamente arredati e godono di una stupenda vista sul lago dai loro balconi o giardini
privati; televisione satellite con piu' di 50 canali, il telefono cellulare,
microonde, toaster, il phon e mobili da giardino per l'ampio balcone o terrazzo,
i ventilatori a soffitto, l'aria condizionata (negli appartamenti al 1° e
2° piano), il forno e lavastoviglie (solo per gli apt. suite 1 e suite 2) completano la dotazione delle
unità. La Villa è dotata di piscina (15x5) per adulti e una per bambini, ping pong e un piccolo spazio giochi per bambini.

The ten apartments
of "La Villa" enjoy the magnificient view of the Lake Garda: the island of
Garda and its superb Venice styled Palace, Sirmione with its castle, "La
rocca" , the big rock towering all over the coastal charming towns and the
scenic Monte Baldo, between the Alps and the smothly wine hill of this sunny land. All in
front of your apartment. La Villa, family owned and operated, is surrounded by a large
park of ca. 4500 qm. with olive grove, bougainvillaea and Mediterranean essences. All the
apartments for 2-4-6 persons have terrace or private garden, one or two private bathrooms,
tv satelite, mobil phone, hair drier, microwave, ceiling fan, internal parking, a magnificient view of the lake
and the apartments on the first and the second floor also air conditioning . Set within
the garden there is a panoramic swimming pool for adults ( 15 x 5 meters ), a small pool
for children, a terrace reserved for sun bathing eqipped with garden forniture,
table tennis and a little children playground. The apartments type suite 1 and
suite 2 have also oven and washingdish machine ( suite 2 one bathroom with
hydromassage).
