The ten apartments of "La Villa"  enjoy the magnificient view of the Lake Garda: the island of Garda and its  superb Venice styled Palace, Sirmione with its castle, "La rocca" , the big rock towering all over the coastal charming towns and the scenic Monte Baldo, between the Alps and the smothly wine hill of this sunny land. All in front of your apartment. La Villa, family owned and operated, is surrounded by a large park of ca. 4500 qm. with olive grove, bougainvillaea and Mediterranean essences. All the apartments for 2-4-6 persons have terrace or private garden, one or two private bathrooms, tv satelite, mobil phone, hair drier, microwave, ceiling fan, internal parking, a magnificient view of the lake and the air conditioning . Set within the garden there is a panoramic swimming pool for adults ( 15 x 5 meters ), a small pool for children, a terrace reserved for sun bathing eqipped with garden forniture, table tennis, a little children playground and a place equipped for a perfect barbecue. The apartments type suite 1 and suite 2 have also oven and washingdish machine ( suite 2 one bathroom with hydromassage).

Motorboat service (with private harbor) and little beach ca 1000 meter, a typycal italian restaurant ,only 200 mt far away, with panoramic spacious terrace. We offer also a private closed garage for surfs or little rubber dinghies directly on the beach.

   Située en position calme et tranquille, immergée dans un parc de 4500 m², la Villa Fasano domine le Lac de Garde. Elle jouit ainsi d’une vue extraordinaire, allant de la pointe de San Vigilio jusqu’à Sirmione. Elle peut accueillir de 2 à 6 personnes.
Elle est composée de 10 appartements de diverses superficies, meublés avec goût, qui font face au lac. Ils sont dotés d’un balcon ou d’un jardin avec la vue sur le lac et de tout le confort moderne:  TV sat  avec à peu prés 1.000 programmes, le cousine à quatre feux, avec machine à vaiselle (soulement Suite 1 et Suite 2), frigo/freeze, micro-ondes, toaster, cafetierè electrique. Dans les bains il y a le sèche-cheveux et dans la chambre à coucher la petite coffre-fort. Il y a les vetilateurs au plafond et aussi la climatisation réglable.
Cette villa met également à votre disposition une belle piscine panoramique, ainsi qu’une piscine pour les enfants,  une place avec le jeu d'enfant, ping pong et une place avec le barbecue.
