 Accanto alla nostra struttura principale, L'Aparthotel San
Sivino, si trova un complesso di appartamenti privati: il Complesso Residenziale
San Sivino. Ci troviamo a Manerba sul lago di Garda, di fronte a Sirmione, in un
golfo molto tranquillo, lontano da ogni strada di traffico, e il suo parco di 24.000 mq,
con vegetazione tipica del nostro lago e alberi secolari, declivia dolcemente verso lago
finendo direttamente su un'ampia spiaggia lunga circa 1 km. Una piscina per adulti e una
per bambini e un pontile per attracco barche completano questo incantevole posto di
vacanze. All'interno di tale complesso di appartamenti privati abbiamo a disposizione
alcune unità, tutte con una magnifica vista lago, ampio soggiorno con terrazza
completamente attrezzata con mobili da giardino, angolo cottura , un bagno con
vasca e due o tre camere da letto , TV-satellite e phon. Ogni appartamento ha
il suo posto auto gode poi di tutti i servizi offerti dall'Aparthotel adiacente poichè
vengono considerati depandance di tale struttura alberghiera (esclusivamenti i nostri

 Neben Das "Aparthotel Residence San Sivino"
befindet sich in Manerba am gardasee das privat "Complesso Residenziale San
Sivino", dem berühmten Ort Sirmione gegenüber. Das 24.000 qm. Grundstück
liegt weit vom Strassenverkehrslärm entfernt und erstreckt sich sanft hinunter bis zum
Seestrand einer sehr ruhigen Bucht. Im diese groesse Privat Complex Wir haben vier
Ferienwohnungen zum vermieten. Jeder Appartament bietet einen wunderbaren Seeblick und
bestehen aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einem grossen Balkon, Sat-TV (nicht jeder), einer
komplett eingerichteten Kochnische, einem Badzimmer mit Badewanne und haarphon und
zwei oder drei Schlafzimmern. Die Balkone sind mit Gartenmöbeln Bzw. versehen und
es gibt inner Parkplatz fuer Wagen. Im "Complesso Residenziale San
Sivino" findet Sie auch eine schoene Swimmingpool fuer Erwachsene und
eine fuer Kinder und eine Landungsteg fuer boot. Nur fuer Unsere Geste es ist moeglich zum
benutzen alle Dienst von Aparthotel San Sivino (Grose Garden,Restaurant, Bar, andere
Swimmingpool, Tennis, Tich Tennis, Minigolf kostenlos, Boot service..) nur 50 mt veiter
von die Wohnungen.

 We are glad to present you through this leaflet a privat
complex of apartments named "Complesso Residenziale San Sivino,,. The
complex lies in Manerba - San Sivino, in front of the peninsula of Sirmione, in a very
quiet gulf, far away from traffic roads, and it ends to the lake on a gently sloping
beach. The big park facing the buildings is crossed by a stony footpath leading to the
beach and to the different facilities of the complex like swimmingpool for adults and one
for children, ping pong and landingstage for boat. Inside this big private location we
rent for summer holiday four apartments all with beautiful lake view, living-room with big
terrace, kitchenette-corner completely equipped, one bathroom with bathtub,
air-dryer and two or three bedrooms. The terraces are equipped with gardenforniture.
Every apartment has its own parking-place. Only the guest of our flats can use all
the facilities of the Aparthotel San Sivino that lies in front of the Complesso
Residenziale San Sivino, only 50 mt. away (please look for the facilities at the pages
dedicated to Aparthotel San Sivino ).
