Siamo lieti di presentare in questo sito il complesso di appartamenti di vacanza Residence San Sivino. Ci troviamo a Manerba sul lago di Garda, di fronte a Sirmione, in un golfo molto tranquillo, lontano da ogni strada di traffico. Il complesso dispone di un parco di 27.000 mq., dove predominano oleandri e palme, che declivia dolcemente verso lago e termina direttamente su un'ampia spiaggia lunga circa 1 km. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno una magnifica vista lago, ampio soggiorno con TV-satellite 32" LCD-HD, con centinaia di programmi; una seconda TV satellitare si trova in camera da letto. Gli appartamenti dispongono inoltre di una terrazza coperta, dotata di mobili da giardino, tavolo e sedie, particolarmente indicata per la prima colazione o per mangiare all'aperto. L' angolo cucina è completamente attrezzato, con quattro fuochi, lavastoviglie, frigo/freezer (il freezer è separato per gli appartamenti da 4-6 persone), microonde, caffettiera elettrica, tostapane. Nei bagni vi è il phon a parete e nella camera da letto la cassetta di sicurezza. In tutti i locali vi sono grandi ventilatori a pala a soffitto, nelle camere da letto l'aria condizionata regolabile. Ogni appartamento ha il proprio posto auto coperto. Vi è inoltre un garage chiuso per windsurf, biciclette, moto e piccoli gommoni. A disposizione gratuita dei nostri clienti un minigolf a 18 buche, quattro piscine, due grandi e due per i più piccoli, parco giochi attrezzato, diversi ping-pong e un tennis gratuito sino a circa fine giugno e dall'inizio di settembre. Il grande giardino, con lettini prendisole a disposizione, offre la possibilità, grazie alla sua ampiezza, di fruire appieno della tranquillità del luogo. Per i possessori di motoscafi  vi è un alaggio dotato di argano elettrico, scivolo, parcheggio e boe. Il ristorante e il bar sono riservati ai clienti.

Das Residence San Sivino befindet sich in Manerba am Gardasee, in einer sehr ruhigen Bucht, dem berühmten Ort Sirmione gegenüber. Die Anlage liegt weit ab Strassenverkehrslärm und erstreckt sich sanft hinunter bis zum Strand, ca. 1 Km lang. Die Ferienwohnungen bieten einen wunderbaren Seeblick, Klimaanlage, grosse Deckenventilatoren in jeden Raum, Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV (32 'LCD-HD) mit ca. 1.000 Programmen, ein zweites Sat.TV in einem der Schlafzimmern. Alle Wohnungen haben eine grosse überdachte Terrasse/Balkon, ausgestattet mit Gartenmoebeln, Tisch und Stuehlen, geeignet zum Fruehstueck und um im Freien zu essen. Die Kochnische ist komplett eingerichtet mit Gasherd, Spuelmaschine, Kuehlschrank/Freezer (getrennte Freezer in den Wohnungen fuer 4-6 Personen), Mikrowelle, elektrischer Kaffee-Maschine und Toaster. Im Badezimmer gibt es einen Haartrockner an der Wand und im Schlafzimmer einen Safe. Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen überdachten und numerierten Parkplatz und, auch kostenlos, steht ein abschliessbarer Abstellraum, wo Surfbretter, Fahr-und Motorräder sowie Schlauch-und Faltboote abgestellt werden können zur Verfügung. Zur kostenlosen Nutzung für die Gäste gibt es einen steht ein zirca 2.000 qm. grossen Minigolfplatz mit 18 Löchern, der an grenzt an den Seestrand und eine der beliebtesten Attraktionen fur Erwachsene und Kinder ist. Vom Tennisplatz aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick zum See. Tennis ist kostenlos bis ca. Ende Juni und ab Anfang September. Die Tischtennisplatten befinden sich in der Nähe der Pools, zwei Becken fuer Erwachene und zwei fuer Kinder. Im Park haben unsere jüngsten Gäste ihren eigenen Spielplatz mit Rutschbahnen, Schaukeln, Wippen usw. Der Park ist mit Olivenbäumen, Oleandersträuchern und Palmen begrünt, die abends schön illuminiert werden. Für die Motorboote sind die notwendigen Ausrüstungen wie elektriche Winde, Slipanlage, Bojen und Abstellplatz fuer Bootsanhänger vorhanden. Restaurant und Bar befinden sich im Eigangsbereich.

We are glad to present you our complex of holiday apartments Residence San Sivino. The complex lies in Manerba del Garda, in front of the peninsula of Sirmione, in a very quiet gulf, far away from traffic roads. It has a 27.000 sq.mt park, with oleanders and palms, which ends to the lake on a gently sloping beach. All the apartments enjoy a beautiful lake view, air-conditioning with adjustable temperature, big ceiling fan in each room, safebox, living-room with Satellite-Tv (32' LCD-HD) with hundreds programs, a second tv-sat in a bedroom. All the apartments have a large covered terrace, with garden furniture, table and chairs, which is particulary useful for the breakfast or to eat outside. the kitchenette-corner is equipped with fuor fires, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer (an additional separated freezer is present in 4-6 persons apartments), microwave, electric coffee-maker, toaster. Wall hair-dryer is present in the bathroom and safe in the sleeping room. Every apartment has its own covered parking-place. Closed garage for surfs, bicycles, motorbikes and rubber dinghies. On the lake side, on the border to the beach, the complex offers you a free of charge 18 holes Minigolf course, stretching on an area of about 2000 square meters, a pleasant attraction for adults and children. In another area of the park especially aquipped for children you will find a playground with slide and swings. Not far from the four swimming-pools (two for adults and two for children) you will also find the table-tennis. The tennis court is located in a beautiful position overlooking the lake. It is free of charge until about the end of June and from the beginning of September. For motorboats there are electric capstan, slipway, buoys and parking-places for motorboats trailers. Motorboats' owners will receive all the necessary keys for using the different facilities. At the reception our staff will give you all the assistance and the information you need.

  La Résidence San Sivino est située à Manerba del Garda, au coeur d’un parc paysager de 27.000 m² où palmiers, oliviers et lauriers-roses lumineux à éclairage led, vous apporteront une ambiance harmonieuse et éclaireront vos soirées entre familles ou amis sur la terrasse. Ce superbe domaine, en bordure du lac, est immergé dans un golfe paisible loin du stress et de la ville et donne accés à une jolie plage de galets, étendue sur 1 km environ.  La résidence est composée d’appartements climatisés et équipés de kitchenette avec plaque de cuisson, lave-vaiselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur (séparé pour les appartements de 4 à 6 personnes), cafetière, grille-pain, vaste séjour avec TV sattellite 32” LCD-H de cent chaînes, ventillateur de plafond, salle de bains avec sèche-cheveux appliqué au mur et chambres équipées de télévision avec coffre-fort et climatiseur. Chaque appartement est doté d’une place de parking couvert et d’une terrasse avec salon de jardin, idéale pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou manger en plein air et bénéficie d’une magnifique vue sur le lac. La résidence met à votre disposition un garage pour entreposer votre planche à voile, moto, vélo ou canot. Vous pouvez également profiter des atouts de la nature généreuse du lot pour pratiquer des activités sportives (ping-pong, tennis gratuit jusqu’ à fin juin et en début septembre, mini-gol de 18 trous, 4 piscines dont 2 grandes et 2 petites pour les enfants, aire de jeux) ou vous détendre en prenant un bain de soleil dans ce très beau jardin équipé de chaises longues et pour les propriétaires de bateau, la résidence dispose de postes d’amarrage pourvus d’un treuil électrique et de bouées. En outre, la résidence offre la nouvelle zone barbecue, la location de vélos, l’accès wifi Internet et wlan. Le bar et le restaurant sont réservés uniquement à la clientèle de la résidence.
