The daily charge for heating or air conditioning, in case of use is: 5 Euro (Type Studio, A/1) and 7 Euro (Type A/2B, AS/3B, Suite, AS/2B in Villa Belvedere).

Autre frais et Services: nettoyage final: type Studio, Studio/1: 40 Euro, type A/1, A/G: 60 Euro; type A/2B, AS/2B, AS/3B, Suite: 70 Euro. La linge de lit est à apporter. La linge de lit peut aussi etre loué au prix de: 10 Euro par personne/change et 3 Euro par chaque serviette de bain. Lit d'enfant: 5 Euro par jour. Lit an plus: 5 Euro par jour. Tous les chambres des appartements au première at au deuxième étage ont des grands ventilateurs au plafond, climatisation ou chauffage ( Type Studio, A/2B, AS/3B et Suite) dans La Villa Fasano et A/1 et AS/2B dans La Villa Belvedere. Pour la climatisation ( ou le chauffage) le supplément par jour est, seulement en cas d'utilisation: 5 Euro (Type Studio, A/1) et 7 Euro (Type A/2B, AS/3B, Suite et AS/2B au Villa Belvedere).
