Siamo lieti di presentare in questo sito il nostro complesso di appartamenti di vacanza "Residence San Sivino". Ci troviamo a Manerba sul lago di Garda, di fronte a Sirmione, in un golfo molto tranquillo, lontano da ogni strada di traffico, e il suo parco di 27.000 mq. declivia dolcemente verso lago finendo direttamente su un'ampia spiaggia lunga circa 1 km. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno una magnifica vista lago, ampio soggiorno con TV-satellite e con terrazza completamente attrezzata con mobili da giardino, angolo cottura completo di tostapane, microonde e lavastoviglie, uno o due bagni con doccia e phon,  una o due camere da letto ad eccezione del monolocale con doppio divano-letto, tutti con cassetta di sicurezza e aria condizionata a richiesta . Ogni appartamento ha il suo posto auto coperto. E' disponibile inoltre un garage chiuso per windsurf, biciclette, moto e piccoli gommoni. A disposizione dei nostri clienti un minigolf con 18 buche, quattro piscine, due grandi e due per i più piccoli, parco giochi attrezzato ping-pong e un tennis a prezzo agevolato. Il grande giardino con essenze mediterranee offre la possibilità, grazie alla sua ampiezza, di fruire a pieno la tranquillità del luogo. Per i possessori di motoscafi  l'appart-hotel è attrezzato con un alaggio dotato di argano elettrico, scivolo diretto in acqua e parcheggio oltre a boe per la permanenza in acqua. Il soggiorno nell'apparthotel offre inoltre il ristorante e il bar solo per i clienti con il vantaggio di disporre dei servizi di un hotel, con il personale a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione o assistenza, e la tranquillità e completa indipendenza che solo un moderno, confortevole e completamente attrezzato appartamento puo offrire.

Das "Residence San Sivino" befindet sich in Manerba am Gardasee, dem berühmten Ort Sirmione gegenüber. Das Grundstück liegt weit vom Strassenverkehrslärm entfernt und erstreckt sich sanft hinunter bis zum Seestrand einer sehr ruhigen Bucht. Die Ferienwohnungen ( Alle mit Klimaanlage auf Anfrage, grossen Deckenventilatoren im jede Zimmern und Schliessfach) bieten einen wunderbaren Seeblick und bestehen aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV und einem grossen Balkon, einer komplett eingerichteten Kochnische mit Microwelle, Toaster, Geschirrspuelmaschine, einem oder zwei Badzimmern mit Dusche und Haartrockner und einem oder zwei Schlafzimmern (ausgenommen Wohnungsart "Studio") je mit grossem Balkon. Die Balkone sind mit Gartenmöbeln Bzw. versehen. Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen überdachten Parkplatz. Zur Verfügung unserer Gäste steht ein abschliessbarer Abstellraum, wo Surfbretter, Fahr und Motorräder sowie Schlauch- und Faltboote abgestellt werden können. Automatisches Einfahrtsgitter.Jeden Morgen Service mit frisch gebackenen Brötchen. Durch die vor den Wohnungen breit ausgedehnte Parkanlage geht ein Steinweg, der von Oleandern, Laternen und Parkbanken gesaumt ist und direkt zum Strand führt. Weitere Steinwege führen zu den verschiedenen Sportanlagen. Zur kostenlosen Verfügung der Hausgäste steht ein zirca 2000 qm grosser Minigolfplatz mit 18 Löchern. Er grenzt an den Seestrand, ist eine der beliebtesten Attraktionen fùr Erwachsene und Kinder und kann sogar ein Grund fùr ein Familientreffen sein. Minigolfschlager und-bälle sint im Bùro abzuholen.Unser Tennisplatz liegt in einer wunderbaren Lage zum See hin. Die Tennistische befinden sich dagegen in der Nähe der Schwimmbäder, zwei fuer Erwachsene und zwei für Kinder . Im Park haben auch unsere jüngsten Gäste ihren eingenen Spielplatz mit Rutschbahnen, Schaukeln, Wippenspielen usw. Restaurant und Bar sint auch da bei. Für die Motorboote sind die notwendigen Ausrüstungen wie elektrische Winde, Slipanlage, Bojen und Abstellplatz fuer Bootsanhänger vorhanden. We are glad to present you through this leaflet our complex of holiday apartments "Residence San Sivino,,. The complex lies in Manerba - San Sivino, in front of the peninsula of Sirmione, in a very quiet gulf, far away from traffic roads, and it ends to the lake on a gently sloping beach. All the apartments have beautiful lake view, air-conditioning on request, big ceiling fan in each room and safebox, living-room with Satellite-Tv and a big terrace, kitchenette-corner completely equipped also with microwave, toaster and dishwaschingmachine, one or two bathrooms with shower and phon and one or two bedrooms (except the "Studio" type), each with a big terrace.The terraces are equipped with gardenforniture. Every apartment has its own covered parking-place. Closed garage for surfs, bicycles, motorbikes and rubber dinghies. Authomatic main entrance door to the complex. Sandwiches service every morning. The big park facing the building is crossed by a stony footpath leading to the beach, it is flanked with oleanders, benches and street lamps. Other stony footpaths lead to the different facilities of the complex. On the lake side, on the border with the beach, the complex offers you a 18 holes Minigolf course stretching on an area of about 2000 square meters. All our guests have free access to the Minigolf course and, being also a very good get-together chance, this place is one of the most pleasant attractions for adults and children, as well. Golf-clubs and balls can be collectec at the Bureau. In an other area of the park, which has been especially equipped for children, you will find a playground slide and swings. Not far from the four swimming-pools (two for adults and two for children) you will also find the table-tennis. The tennis court is located in a beautiful position overlooking the lake. Our guests who have motorboats are offered all the necessary supporting facilities: Electric capstan, slipway, buoys and parking-places for motorboats carrying supports are also set at your disposal. Motorboats’ owners will also receive all the necessary keys for using the different facilities. The stay in the apartments "Apparthotel San Sivino" offers some very interesting advantages to those who wish to spend a holiday on lake Garda. You will find at your disposal the services of a hotel and the restaurant, the swimming-pools for adults and children.   L'Apparthotel San Sivino est situé à Manerba, sur le lac de Garde, dans un endroit très tranquille. Il est entouré d'un jardin de 27.000 m² qui fini en un plage qui décline doucement et sans dangers. Il dispose d'un équipement pour beteaux à moteur, toboggan, cabestan électrique, bouée, parking, de restaurant, bar, piscine, piscine pour enfants, minigolf, tennis, aire de jeu pour les enfants, ping-pong, chaises longues dans la piscine et dans tout le jardin, parkings numérotés couverts. Toutes les unités sont avec vue sur le lac, la climatisation individuelle à la demande, des grands ventilateurs au plafond dans chaque chambre et un coffre, disposent d'un grand balcon ou d'une terrasse équipée, tèlèphone directe, tv satellite aves chaînes francaise. Les appartements comprennent un séjour avec grande terrasse, coin cuisson avec cuisine aménagée aussi avec four à micro-ondes, toaster e lave-vaiselle, une ou deux salles de bains avec douche et sèche-cheveux et une ou deux chambres ( suf les studios), chacune avec terrasse ou balcon.
