Villa Belvedere è una lussuosa villa situata a soli 150 metri da Villa Fasano e collegata ad essa mediante una strada privata; per la possibilità di utilizzare i servizi di quest'ultima ( piscina, ping pong, giochi per i bambini...), è considerata una sua dependance. Situata in una posizione assolutamente tranquilla, immersa in un giardino a balze di circa 4500 mq "Villa Belvedere" domina l'intero lago di Garda con una stupenda vista da ogni appartamento. I soli due appartamenti di cui è composta, oltre ad un appartamento padronale, godono di una tranquillità e privacy assoluta,  sono arredati con gusto e dotati di ampio terrazzo abitabile; la televisione satellite con piu' di 30 canali, il telefono cellulare, il phon e mobili da giardino per il terrazzo completano la dotazione di ciascuna unità; il parcheggio coperto è per due auto per ciascun appartamento. Come ulteriore comodità è possibile usufruire del nostro servizio mattutino del pane con il recapito direttamente alla porta del Vostro appartamento di pane, latte e brioches fresche ogni mattina.

Gli ospiti della Villa Belvedere possono inoltre usufruire di tutte le attrezzature dell'Apparthotel San Sivino di Manerba del Garda ed in particolare, gratuitamente, il minigolf, la spiaggia, il giardino, i giochi per bambini, i ping pong ed il parcheggio.

Villa Belvedere ist  einer Luxusvilla mit sehr ruhiger und exklusiver Lage, inmitten eines grossen und gepflegten Parkes gelegen nur 150 meter vom " La Villa Fasano" entfert. Fuer die moeglichkeite  der Swimmingpool und andere service von " Villa Fasano"  zum benutzen, Villa Belvedere ist eine Dependance von Villa Fasano erhalte. In Villa Belvedere es gibt nur zwei Wohnungen sehr ruhig und privat mit grosse Terrasse mit Garten Moebeln, haar Fön, Sat-TV mit 30 deutche programme, handy, gedekt Parkplatz fuer zwei wagen jedem und einem herrlichen Blick auf den Gardasee . Fuer die Gaeste es ist moglich frische Broetchen, Milk und Croissant jede Morgen zum bestellen.

Motorboote Service (mit Ein-holung und Hafen) und kleiner Strand Ca. 1000 m. entfernt, echt italieniche Restaurant Ca. 200 mt entfernt. Abgeschlossene Raeumlichkeiten fuer Surfbretter, direkt am Seeufer.

The Villa Belvedere is a private Villa only 150 meter away from Villa Fasano and connected to it through a little private  street. We consider it as a "dependance" of Villa Fasano for its nearness and for the possibility, for its guests, to use all the facilities ( swimming-pools, children playground, table tennis...) of the Villa Fasano. Situated in an absolutely quiet position, Villa Belvedere dominate the lake with a magnificent view over the island of Garda, "La rocca di Manerba" , the big rock towering all over the coastal charming towns and the scenic Monte Baldo. La Villa, surrounded by a large park of ca. 4500 qm., is composed  of only two apartments with one or two private bathrooms, a kitchen well equipped, tv satelite, mobil phone, internal and covered parking and a magnificient view of the lake. On request we take on your apartment door fresh bread and croissant every morning.

Motorboat service (with private harbor) and little beach ca 1000 meter, a typycal italian restaurant ,only 200 mt far away, with panoramic spacious terrace. We offer also a private closed garage for surfs or little rubber dinghies directly on the beach.
